My work consists of installations of photo’s, collages, sound and sculptures. Following a process of archival, material and field research in topics as industralisation, pollution, globalisation, decolonisation and adoption I work my findings into resembling or symbolistic installations or sculptures.

I continuously see an interconnectedness in my work and environment and when finding an interesting inspiration and entry point, I start with research of context, then reflect on the materials and process, shaping this into clearer ideas and motive then set out to material experimentation which ultimately leads to works in final form; hybrid audiovisual sculptures and installations.

To stay close to -and extend the thread in my work, I allow myself to be constantly engaged and influenced by my environment through a certain clarity and sensitivity. This perspective is shown and recognised in my Notes.
